Restrictions of Firearms 

- States like California, New York and Illinois have strict gun control laws, and banned assault weapons and limited magazine capacity. 

- ATF Pistol Brace Ban (2023): The ATF ruled that pisol braces, which were previously legal, now classify as firearms as short-barreled rifles, which require registration or surrender. 

Both examples are living-proof of Second Amendment Violations

Government Censorship and Free Speech Crackdowns:

- Social Media Censorship of Republicans:

Republican figures like Trump, Carlson, and others have been banned off social media. Just because the company disagrees, with laws and legislations that they might put into place, doesn't mean that they can just mute their voices. 

A clear breach of free speech.

- FBI & Social Media Coordination ( Hunter Biden's Laptop)

Reports surfaced that the FBI pressured Twitter and Facebook to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election. 

This is government censorship and election interference.

Religious Freedom Attacks:

- Christian Baker Lawsuit ( Masterpiece Cakeshop Case)

A Christian baker in Colarado was sued multiple times for refusing to bake cakes celebrating same-sex marriages and gender transitions. 

- This violates religious freedom, and business owner freedom

- California Forcing Churches to Fund Abortions 

California passed a law which required churches and religious organizations to include abortion coverage in healthcare plans. 

- This is an attack on religious rights, as many religions are against abortion.

Second Amendement and Self Defense Rights 

- Kyle Rittenhouse Trial 

Rittenhouse, claimed self defense during the Kenosha riots, and was charged with murder. 

- This is a politically motivated trial, and an attack on self-defense rights.
